Please read these conditions carefully before using the Fahlix.com website. By using the Fahlix.com website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. Fahlix.com reserves the right to update this Notice from time to time at its sole discretion. You should review this Notice periodically for updates and changes. 1. PRODUCTS YOU LIST Fahlix.com allows you to signup and keep your account under the condition that the products you list (DVDs) are all the legally owned, original copy of the product. All duplicates and pirated copies are forbidden on Fahlix.com. As a Fahlix.com user, you are required to deny acceptance of pirated or duplicate movies from other users, and report that user via the “Report this User” function on the website. Fahlix.com will investigate the legitimacy of the report. Sharing pirated and duplicate media violates the Fahlix.com user agreement. Fahlix.com will remove and ban a user's account for swapping pirated or duplicate media. 5. YOUR CONDUCT You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you, and not Fahlix.com, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only. 6. FAHLIX.COM IS ONLY A VENUE Fahlix.com provides a venue for third-party Loaners and Borrowers to negotiate and complete transactions. Fahlix.com is not involved in the actual transaction between Loaners and Borrowers and is not the agent of and has no authority for either for any purpose. We do not own or handle any of the goods and services listed on the website. As a result, we cannot verify or endorse the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed, or the truth or accuracy of the classifieds. Without limitation, you may not list any item or link or post or request or offer to borrow or loan any related material that (a) constitutes libel or slander or is otherwise defamatory; or (c) is counterfeited, illegal, stolen, or fraudulent The Service provides registered users the ability to create an inventory of your collection of DVDs and to lend and borrow from an inventory within the same college network. Fahlix.com does not verify a user’s inventory, is not involved in the lending transaction, is not the agent of either the lender or the borrower, does not have authority over either and, therefore, is not responsible for any for any claims, demands or damages that arise from any disputes between lenders and borrowers. Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Fahlix.com from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. 7. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Fahlix.com, it's officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claims or demands of any third party, including, but not limited to, legal fees, resulting from or arising out of your Use of the website, your Submitted Materials, or your violation of any terms and conditions of this Notice. 12. TERMINATION Fahlix.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any services of the website and remove any Materials from the website. Fahlix.com may also terminate your access to any part or all of the services provided by Fahlix.com on the website at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reasons.
